Striking architecture

grüne is an inspiring modern office building for people who value greenery and an active lifestyle. The building is ideologically linked primarily to the adjacent zoo and the surrounding green areas, placing value on the natural, and establishing a human and eco-friendly working environment.

Energy efficient and comfortable indoor climate

Innovative technical solutions help you keep the utility costs in check and create a comfortable working environment for your employees. The building is heated and cooled through inserted ceilings that store the heat, and the need-based ventilation works according to the number of people present which keeps the air fresh..

Sound knowledge – Järvevana 7b

We have designed the technical solutions of grüne maja based on the experience gained in the planning and construction of the office building at Järvevana 7b. This is our own home office, which is the first of its kind in Estonia - we will also apply this knowledge and experience to future construction projects.

Cozy and trendy interior design

Interior architect Ville Lausmäe will help you develop a suitable and personalized office solution, based on the vision of the team that has designed such interior spaces as:

  • Estonian Film Museum
  • Restaurant R14
  • Reval Cafe and office
  • Järvevana 7b office and others

VLS

Truly green inside and out

grüne is laconic, rational and modest, but also mysterious, unexpected, soft and very friendly. As time passes, the climbing plants that grow on the double façade will literally make the building green, as the building becomes more and more exciting and multi-layered.

Lunch restaurant and event hall in the same building

On the ground floor of the grüne building there will be a dining area with its own kitchen, where you can also have lunch on workdays. If preferred, these rooms can also be used at other times for training courses or festive events.
